Concept: The world the IPRE are from doesn’t have snow

consider: a world where it is always snowy, all the time

-magnus is thrilled to fuckin’ bits for about fifteen minutes before he freezes his ass off because he ran straight into it without a coat because he’s NEVER OWNED ONE
-barry and merle are fascinated from a scientific perspective. merle writes his name with pee in it. barry analyzes its molecular properties. it melts in his lab and everything is moist for days.
-lup and taako immediately realize snow sucks, but taako recognizes that it can be made into ice cream
-davenport is livid because the cold ISN’T GOOD FOR THE SHIP and he’s constantly de-icing his girl
-lucretia pretends to be very academic about the snow, but when no one is looking she builds an enormous pile of it and jumps in. magnus catches her and they start a fight and build snow men and have to be dragged back inside
-everyone agrees it’s very, very pretty for the first week. by the end of the year they’re so fucking sick of it the next time they see snow they legit ask if they can skip this one
