Man. Aliens would find the menstrual cycle metal as fuck if they didn’t have mammals on their planet

But like what if aliens had never seen or heard of a placental mammal?

What if we’re the only planet

And some crew member bleeds through their pants because whoops space and cycles and it’s hard to keep track of time.

And like… Their alien bud freaks out because the human is bleeding! But they just calm them down and explains its normal

And like… The aliens, already in awe of their human friends, and just… Even more impressed with the fact that that the folks who have the ability to create life, shed the lining of an organ once a month

It’s also not that farfetched to think about tho. Placental mammals are probably unique to our planet. So it’s likely that any interstellar friends we make aren’t going to have ever seen one.

It’ll either be metal as hell, terrifying, or gross them out so badly.
