I think the only real down side of being a Tortall or Emelan fan is the fact there isn’t merch outside of the books. Like being in the Tamora Pierce fandom is a low key fandom. I personally know 2 people that know and read her books (my adoptive mom is one of them and that’s because I insisted she try the song of the lioness series) and I know 4 people totally that know who or what I’m talking about.
Aah I don’t remember who designed them but there are some Emelan cross stitch patterns out there if you’re into that!
@lpanne is the cross-stitch artist! Or at least one of them. I’ve made an Emelan pillow from one of their patterns, and it makes me really happy.
