Summary: Sam has been going through the Bible and finds a story that sounds suspiciously like his boyfriend might have been behind it. May 2018 Gabriel Monthly Challenge.
Tags: Sabriel, Bible references, less than 500 words
Author’s Note: So, I wasn’t going to do anything for the challenge this month but then I came across the bible story of Elisha and the bears and I couldn’t help myself. There’s also two bible verses in there. One is a psalm that’s been adjusted a little and the other, I’m not sure why it hasn’t been in more SPN fanfic!
Prompt: Dialogue- “Would you believe me if I said it was an accident?”
Gabriel looked up from The Sun magazine he was reading in the main room to see Sam coming towards him from the library with a book in his hand. “What’s up, sugar?”
Sam looked down at the book and smiled, then looked back at Gabriel. “Quick question.”
“Shoot,” Gabriel prompted.
“Elisha,” Sam said. The archangel’s feet dropped from the table he had them propped on, and his eyes widened. “You didn’t happen to be the one assigned to him, did you?”
“I have no idea what you’re talking about,” Gabriel shook his magazine out, then went back to reading.
Sam walking to his room and seeing a trail of kazoos that lead to Gabriel on his bed laying there all “paint me like one of your French women” with sunglasses on and playing “Careless Whisper”
Or
Sam just minding his own business in his room and Gabriel walking in playing “Careless Whisper” on kazoo ready for some fun ‘,;)
