Could you write about the first time that Dad Draco and Astoria discovers little Scorpius’ accidental magic please? :)

“Scorpius,” Draco sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose. “Please go clean your room,” he asked for the third time that week.

The five year old’s room had gotten so filthy to the point where Draco was worried that at some point he may not be able to find his son in the mess.

“But why can’t you just use your magic to clean it!” The little boy whined.

“Because that’s not teaching you to take responsibility for your actions. If that room isn’t clean by the end of the day, you won’t be able to have your playdate with Albus this weekend.”

“You can’t do that!” Scorpius screeched. Then, all of a sudden, the vase sitting on the counter shattered and the water and flowers it contained spilled all over.

Draco just stared at Scorpius with wide eyes, and Scorpius mimicked his expression, unsure of what had just happened.

“Astoria,” Draco called to his wife, who was in the other room.

She quickly joined the two of them, and her eyes immediately fell on the broken vase.

“I didn’t mean to do that! I-It was an accident, I promise! I don’t even know how that happened. I’ll go clean my room now, just please don’t be mad!” Scorpius pleaded.

Draco and Astoria both chuckled, and Scorpius stared at them like they were crazy.

“We’re not mad, Scorp,” Draco consoled.

“You’re not?”

“Of course not, honey,” his mother smiled at him. “You just did magic for the first time.”

“But I didn’t know I was doing it.”

“It’s called accidental magic. It happens to young wizards when they get angry, scared, or feel other strong emotions,” Astoria explained.

“And clearly you were pretty angry about me threatening to cancel your playdate with Albus.”

Scorpius just nodded and stared at the vase with a small smile. He had finally done magic!

“Now, Scorpius…go clean your room,” Draco said, trying to sound firm but couldn’t help the joy in his voice.

Scorpius still didn’t want to clean his room, but he ran upstairs to get it done. His playdate couldn’t be cancelled now; he was so excited to tell Albus all about his first time doing magic…even if it was an accident.
