i know popular fanon for the warden is hardened badass and the inquisitor, a pure child who idolizes them in comparison, but if i might suggest an alternative-

warden who grew up times before the blight, before the clusterfuck in kirkwall, before the literal sky blowing up to rain down demons just being wtf, WTF, every time something else happens

and the inquisitor who just expect everything to go wrong and dead inside because they’re the thedas equivalent of a millenial
