I posted it so you’d understand where I’m at with my art & what I’m struggling with. I’m amazing, but right now I’m not making things I’m happy with.
“I hate this” is not code for “please reassure me.” It’s code for “please let me hate this.”
You are amazing and you know it (and I fucking love seeing that) but you are allowed to be unhappy with your work no matter the reason why you’re unhappy with it.
And I don’t say that as a way to invalidate what we’ve done to you. I mean that literally. If you hate it because that day was a bad day, or the spn fandom is shit, or you don’t like a technical aspect or you hate it for no reason at all.
Those are all good reasons and we should let you feel them
